Your new or pre-owned vehicle warranty is a written promise by your vehicle’s manufacturer to repair your vehicle without charge if found to be defective in materials or workmanship for the covered components/systems during the stated period. Your new car warranty is promise to repair any component or system that does not conform to the manufacturer’s Vehicle Limited Warranty.

CONSUMER ALERT: Your new vehicle warranty requires the vehicle owner to timely notify the manufacturer or its designated representative (i.e., authorized dealership) that your vehicle is defective or possesses an operational condition in need of repair. If the owner does not comply with this notification requirement, the manufacturer has NO contractual obligation under the vehicle warranty to repair your vehicle. The manufacturer and selling dealerships in the United States are saving hundreds of millions of dollars by concealing the presence of vehicle computers and stored defect data in new and pre-owned vehicles sold and leased each year.

DO NOT allow your vehicle warranty to lapse without receiving the FREE servicing you are entitled to under the warranty contract you paid for when purchasing or leasing your new vehicle. All vehicle owners must access their vehicle computers in order to determine whether his or vehicle possesses concealed defects eligible for free repair under the vehicle warranty contract.

I Bought a $30,000 "Lemon"

My new car was in the shop four times in the first year. The dealer couldn’t fix it. I was very upset. After contacting LEMONFAX, I found out that my car computer had recorded problems with the ignition system and cruise control. I finally had my car fixed and will now go after the manufacturer for a new car. Thanks LEMONFAX!!!
